Politicians have always got things to say about ‘Active Travel’ (which seems to mean cycling, more often than not, although of course it also covers pedestrians, and those who ‘wheel’ ) but somehow they never say much about bus services. And yet thousands more people use buses in Edinburgh, than cycle!
Isn’t it time the voice of bus users was heard? Wouldn’t you vote for a candidate that promised to pro-actively focus on improving the bus service?
